  • What payments option are available? 

La Wild Boutique offers to pay with Afterpay, and Credit/Debit Card.

  • Where do I apply my discount code?

If you have a La Wild Boutique Coupon code, once you have made your order simply proceed to checkout and apply this in the coupon code section.

 Delivery

 

  • How will my order be sent?

Australian orders are sent via Australia Post to ensure your order is delivered with the quickest and most reliable method.

  • Dispatch time after I place my order

All orders would be dispatch within 24-48 business hours once we process your order in our system, however we do ask for your patience during busy periods. Once orders are processed, delivery times take place.

  • Where is my tracking number?

If you haven’t yet received a tracking number, that means we’re working on processing your order. Your tracking number will be sent via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Your tracking number will be sent with the subject “Your order is on its way”

Click on the Track Delivery button and you would be able to track your order.

If after this time, you do not have a tracking number, you can contact our customer service email to thewildboutiqueau@gmail.com

  • Delivery Time

Standard Shipping after item dispatch, can take 4-6 business days to deliver, depending on location.

Express Shipping after item dispatch,  Next Business Day within the Express Post network (If posted on any business day Monday to Friday , but can take 2-4 business days in regional areas

  •  Delivery Time of Exchange Request

Once we receive your Exchange Request, we will begin processing your order. Please allow 7-10 business days for the Exchange Request to be processed and shipped.

Once your Exchange has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking and your Exchange will arrive to you within 2-3 business days once shipped.

 

 Can I Return, Exchange Or Get A Refund Of My Order? 

 

Yes, you can.  Please ensure your item(s) meet our return and exchange policy.  Please check out our Return, Exchange and Refund Policy Term below in the website for following instructions.

Note some of our conditions:  Items need to be unworn, un original condition and packaging – Items need to be within 14 days of purchase and only items full price.

  • Returns for Faulty Items

If you believe the item you have purchased from our online store is faulty or does not match the description, please contact us thewildboutiqueau@gmail.com with a full description of the fault, complete our Return Form, including your order number # and photos for our product returns department to assess, you will then be advised how to proceed. Consumer laws may give you additional rights in addition to what is covered in our Returns Policy.

Returns will be accepted for any products believed to have a manufacturing fault and returned to our warehouse, within a reasonable time frame, 14 days after purchase. Customers will be provided with a full refund, exchange or credit voucher.

Please note: That if an item is damaged as a result of normal wear or negligence it will not be deemed to be faulty.  All shoes must be taken for assessment and if possible we may offer to repair faulty items. If the product is not repairable and the same item is not available for exchange you are entitled for a full refund in the original tender.

Once we have received your claim, we will contact you via email with instructions on how to send us your product.

Once receiving your shoes, the our office will assess your shoes and we will proceed with the appropriate action. We will keep you updated as necessary.  Please allow up to 2 weeks to for us to process your claim, as we often need to verify with our suppliers.

La Wild Boutique would be in charge of shipping fee for Faulty Items Returns.

Size Chart

  • How do I know which size to choose?

Please refer to our size chart for further information on sizing. If you are in between two sizes we recommend going up.

Also please note, in every product in our website you can find the Size Chart in the right side of every product page, above the selection of colour and size of each product. For a better way to choose your size before making the purchase.

  •  How to measurement your size?

You will need a ruler, pen, and a piece of A4 paper.

Place the piece of paper flat on the ground and stand on it. Make sure your foot is flat and your foot is in the middle of the piece of paper.

Draw a mark behind your heel and another in front of your longest toe. If one of your feet is larger than the other, use the longer foot to calculate your size.

Measure the distance between the the two lines.

Find your measurement on the ladies’ size chart above to determine your correct size. If your measurement falls between two sizes it is at your discretion whether to choose to round up or down in size. We would always recommend size up.

La Wild Boutique suggests rounding up for closed for our boots section. We take no responsibility for your wrong size selection.

Pre Orders

If you decide to pre- order an item on our website, please note the following:

Payment is charged immediately at checkout, not when item ships

Pre-ordering is voluntary and if at any time you wish to cancel your pre-order for a full payment method refund, please do so prior to the shipping announcement on our website.

If you need to cancel your pre-order or upgrade in any way, please get in touch with us at thewildboutiqueau@gmail.com.

For pre-order returns, you have 14 days from the day your order was received.

Please note that each item is made unique. We do our best to get pre-orders shipped in the time – line provided, based on fabric, the artisanal handmade work in each shoe, quantity, and item details. The date that appears on the pre-order page is an approximation communicated by our manufacturer.  If there is any change in the delivery date of the pre-order, we will let you know on our website on the product page, as well as if you have already made your purchase, we will notify you by email. We try to do our best to ensure that your product is delivered on time, but due to our factory and COVID causes, it may be subject to change.
