Refund and Returns Policy

Our refund and returns policy last 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or a exchange. 


To be eligible for a return or exchange, Please note the conditions:

– your item must be in the original packaging, both of them be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

– Be within the 14 days since your purchase order.

– Shipping cost would be in charge of customer.

To complete our policy, we require to send a email to thewildboutiqueau@gmail.com with our Return Form attached.

Once we receive your product in our manufacture and check the conditions we would proceed with the option you choose,

Our Refund Policy lasts 14 days since your purchase order. If 14 days have passed, we cant offer you a full refund.

 To complete our Refund Policy, please send us a email to thewildboutiqueau@gmail.com with our Return Form attached.  

Once we process your refund request, and your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within the next day.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after purchase order. Note, the same has to be following the same conditions of our Refund Policy. 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.


For Exchanges please note, we only offer Exchanges for the same item in different size or colour. 

We would try as much as possible to exchange the product you received to the product you want. 

Please complete the Return Form with the details of the product would you like your item to be exchange for. Once, we receive your exchange product, we will begin processing your order. Please allow 7 business days to the exchange request be processed in our warehouse and shipped

Credit Voucher

If you decide to return your item and receive a Credit Voucher for your order, we would be fixing up for you in a Coupon Code within 1 year.

Shipping returns 

To return your product, please complete the Return Form and send it to us to thewildboutiqueau@gmail.com

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
